This Privacy Policy applies when you visit tooliyapa.com and use its PDF, document, text, calculator, and converter tools. Tooliyapa does not currently require user accounts. This policy describes the present website implementation and may be updated as the service changes.

Files selected for Tooliyapa's supported PDF and document tools are processed in your browser according to the current implementation. Tooliyapa does not upload those source files to Tooliyapa servers as part of the normal browser-side processing workflow. Your browser reads the file and creates the result for you to inspect or download.

Text entered into the current Text tools, along with calculator and converter inputs, is processed locally by the browser tool rather than sent to a Tooliyapa text, calculator, or conversion backend. Supported document workflows include DOCX, PDF, XLSX, Markdown, and plain-text operations that explicitly state they run locally. These statements are limited to the tool-processing workflows. They do not mean that no information is transmitted when you visit the website: normal page requests, advertising, software resources, and other website services operate separately. Consent services, when applicable, are also separate from the local tool logic.

Like other websites, Tooliyapa must deliver pages and resources over a network. Hosting, network, and security providers may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, and browser or device details as needed to deliver, protect, and diagnose the service. This policy does not claim that Tooliyapa independently keeps any particular category of server log.

Tooliyapa uses or may use Google as a third-party advertising vendor through Google AdSense. Google and other applicable third-party advertising vendors may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and protect advertising.

Where applicable, Google advertising cookies may allow Google and its advertising partners to serve ads based on your visits to Tooliyapa and/or other websites. Advertising may therefore sometimes reflect prior browsing activity, depending on Google's systems, Tooliyapa's publisher settings, your settings and consent choices, and applicable requirements. This does not mean that all ads are personalized.

Tooliyapa's theme feature uses browser storage through its theme provider to remember a light, dark, or system appearance preference. This functional preference is separate from files or text processed by the tools. Third-party services, including advertising providers, may set or read cookies or similar storage under their own policies and any consent mechanism that applies.

The website uses service providers to operate. These may include Vercel for website hosting and Google AdSense for advertising. Browsers also download the site's software dependencies and worker resources as part of the application. This is a description of relevant categories and current examples, not a promise that the list of providers will never change.

Because files used by supported browser-side PDF and document workflows are not uploaded to Tooliyapa servers in the normal processing path, Tooliyapa does not retain those uploaded source files on its servers as part of that workflow. Likewise, the current local Text tools do not send entered text to a Tooliyapa text-processing backend as part of their tool logic. Ordinary operational data handled by hosting, network, security, consent, or advertising providers may be retained according to their legitimate operational needs and their own policies. Tooliyapa does not specify a retention period it has not verified.

Tooliyapa is a general-purpose productivity utility and is not directed specifically to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a communication with Tooliyapa, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.

Tooliyapa may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by their operators, so review their policies before providing information to them.
